To secure this reservation, a credit card has been requested to guarantee the booking. All outstanding charges must be settled upon departure. Upon arrival, guests will be required to present the credit card they wish to use to settle their account. This card will be pre-authorized. We are unable to charge the card provided if both the card and the cardholder are not present at the time of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: Our flexible 48-hour cancellation policy means you can cancel at no charge, as long as you cancel by 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival your deposit will be automatically refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, we will charge you for each night booked.
Non-refundable reservations: Full payment for the stay will be required at the time of booking. The prepayment is non-refundable, and no changes of date or cancellations are permitted.
No shows or early departures will be charged total stay.
Special Requirements
We offer accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility. If you have hearing difficulties, please inform us so that appropriate arrangements can be made in the event of a fire alarm.
Smoking
Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club is a completely non-smoking property. All guest rooms, public areas, the bar, and the restaurant are designated non-smoking zones. A fine will be enforced for any violations. Outdoor areas are provided for smoking.
Children
Children under 2 years of age may dine free of charge when accompanied by their parents or guardians. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 are entitled to a 50% discount on breakfast. We kindly ask that parents always supervise their children while in dining areas to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
