Pet Policy at Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club
General Conditions
• A maximum of one dog per room is permitted.
• Supplement of €50 per night, which includes a dog bed, water bowls, amenities, and a hygiene kit.
• Recommended maximum weight: up to 10 kg. Dogs above this weight may be considered upon special request.
• Certain breeds may be subject to restrictions for safety reasons.
Requirements
• The pet must be declared at the time of booking.
• An up-to-date vaccination record, microchip, and valid pet liability insurance are mandatory.
• The hotel may request this documentation at check-in.
Behaviour and Stay Rules
• Dogs may not be left alone in the room at any time.
• Pets are not allowed on hotel beds, sofas, or other furniture.
• During housekeeping or maintenance services, dogs may not remain in the room. The reception team will coordinate the timing in advance to ensure this.
• Bathing pets in the room or using hotel textiles for pet hygiene is not permitted.
• The hotel does not provide pet food.
Common Areas
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas.
• Access to the spa, gym, swimming pools, and the interior areas of restaurants are not permitted.
• The hotel has a designated adjacent area for pet walks. In case of accidents, owners are required to collect waste and clean any urine.
Liability
• Guests are responsible for any damage, deterioration, or disturbance caused by their pet.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay if the animal’s behaviour affects the safety or comfort of other guests.
