What time is check in & check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability, please contact the guest relations team in advance.

Yes. On-site parking is available and charged at €30 per night.

Amù Beach Club
Is Amù only for hotel guests?
No. Amù is open to hotel guests and day visitors. All sunbeds and balinese beds are available on the same booking terms.
What are the opening hours for Amù Beach Club?
- Restaurant and Bar: 12:30 - 22:00
- Pool and Beds: 11:00 - 20:00
Is there a shuttle between the hotel and Amù Beach Club?
Yes, buggies run across the day and it is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Can I visit the restaurant at Amù without a sunbed reservation?
Yes. The Amù restaurant takes table reservations separately from the beach club. You do not need a sunbed booking to eat and drink there.
Are sunbeds at Amù Beach Club available?
Sunbeds and Balinese Beach Beds at Amù Beach Club are available for hotel guests of Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club and external guests.
Sunbeds: Hotel guests €70 | External guests €100
Bali Beds: Hotel guests €300 | External guests €350 (€50 food & beverage credit included)

Do I need to book spa treatments in advance?
Yes. All treatments and spa sessions require advance booking.
Can non-residents use the spa?
Yes. The spa is open to hotel guests and day visitors. All visits must be booked in advance.
Do you offer spa day passes?
Yes. We offer 2-hour day passes charged at €30 per hotel guest.
Are robes and towels provided?
Yes. Spa robes and towels are provided.
Are children allowed in the spa?
Yes, children from 3 years old can enter from 10:00 - 11:30 and from 16:00 - 17:30 only in the spa swimming pool.
What happens if I need to cancel or modify my booking?
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact the spa directly or our Guest Relations team.
What are the spa opening hours?
Opening hours: 9:30am - 8pm.

Is there step-free access across the resort?
The resort has step-free access across the majority of the ground floor and pool areas.

How large is the resort?
Gran Marbella has 135 rooms and suites across 5 buildings, with a pool terrace, courtyard gardens, direct beach access, and Amù Beach Club all within the grounds.
Transfers
Do you offer private transfers from Málaga Airport or Marbella?
Private transfers can be arranged through the hotel between Málaga Airport, Marbella, and the resort.
How far in advance do I need to book a transfer?
Transfer requests should be made at least 72 hours in advance through guest relations.
Do you provide taxi or car hire options?
Taxi and car hire services are also available, the guest relations team can advise.

Gran Marbella is on the seafront boulevard in western Marbella, directly on Playa del Real de Zaragoza. Approximately 42km from Málaga Airport.
